    我发了

    同学们不要激动，我没有中多多也没有捡钱。。。我是身材发了。

    头四个月才一共长了2公斤，第五个月突然胃口大开，顿顿吃的老公看着目瞪口呆。效果很快体现，一个月长了3公斤，距离一个星期一公斤的恐怖底线不远了。今天早上净重又创新高。。我是不是也应该控制一下呢？我的目标是整个孕期增重一等奖10公斤，二等奖目标是12公斤，三等奖15公斤。。。现在已经在看产后减肥的帖子了。。。

    重个12到15公斤是正常的。取决于你怀孕前的体重。越轻就需要增重越多。
    不用担心，生完了去掉孩子和羊水，立马掉个六七公斤。

    那我算是领奖台都上不了了，我重了差不多16公斤呢。。 不过现在想胖回去都很难。所以不要怕，生完很快就会瘦的。
    PS:增重10公斤我觉得比中多多都难。
